Eclipsial Homes offers three different packages which are mainly tailored for homeowners and landlords. As we understand the issues encountered during the daily life, we have chosen to come to you with something that will make life simple for everyone. We want to ensure that our customers don’t end up out of pocket. Eclipsial Home is a service which works the same as an automobile cover but for your property.

Plan 1

£304.40Monthly

With this option our experts will make an inspection of your electricity and heating system:

switcher and breaker repair;
electrical panel inspection;
ceiling fan inspection and repair;
heating system inspection;
minor troubleshooting.

Plan 3

£244.50Monthly

Selecting this option means that you’ll receive electrical, plumbing and home maintenance services:

electrical panel inspection;
heating system inspection;
general inspection of water pipes;
outdoor home maintenance;
general troubleshooting.
Package 1

Option 1 gives you some good benefits toward your property maintenance for a year (12 months). The annual cost for this package is £ 300 which works out at £ 25 per month with a monthly deduction of £ 5 per month or £ 60 per year which will be deducted from the labour cost. As well as benefiting from this deduction you will get another 6% off the labour cost. Your emergency call out after 6 pm will only cost £ 25.

Labour £ 240 – deduction £ 5

= £ 235

235 – 6%

= 220.90

Labour £ 220.90 + Material £ 60

= £ 280.90 ( saving £ 19.1)

 

Emergency Call Out after 6pm

 

Labour £ 240 + Call Out £ 25

= 265

Labour  £ 265 – deduction £ 5

= £ 260

260 – 6%

= 244.40

Labour £ 244.40+ Material £ 60

= £ 304.40 ( saving £ 20.6)

Package 2

Option 2 gives you good benefits toward your property maintenance for a year (12 months). The annual cost for this package is £ 600 which works out at £ 50 per month with a monthly deduction of £ 10 per month or £ 120 per year which will be deducted from the labour cost. As well as benefiting from this deduction you will get another 12% off the labour cost. Your emergency call out after 6 pm will only cost £ 15.

Labour £ 240 – deduction £ 10

= £ 230

230 – 12%

= 202.40

Labour £ 202.40 + Material £ 60

= £ 262.40 ( saving £ 37.60)

 

Emergency Call Out after 6pm

 

Labour £ 240 + Call Out £ 15

= 255

Labour  £ 245 – deduction £ 10

= £ 245

245 – 12%

= 215.60

Labour £ 215.60 + Material £ 60

= £ 275.60 ( saving £ 20.6)

Package 3

Option 3 gives you great benefits toward your property maintenance for a year (12 months). The annual cost for this package is £ 900 which works out at £ 75 per month with a monthly deduction of £ 15 per month or £ 180 per year which will be deducted from the labour cost. As well as benefiting from this deduction you will get another 18% off the labour cost. Your emergency call out after 6 pm will be free.

= £ 225

225 – 18%

= 184.50

Labour £ 184.50 + Material £ 60

= £ 244.50 ( saving £ 55.50)
